A vast majority of Barcelona fans know who Ronaldinho is.
In fact, it wouldn’t really be a stretch to say that the whole world knows that name. The now 39-year-old Brazilian maestro is a big part of the Catalans’ history.
He joined Blaugrana in 2003 from Paris Saint-Germain and remained there until 2008 when he made the move to AC Milan.

During his stay at the Camp Nou, however, he won multiple trophies including both the La Liga and the Champions League titles. He was also crowned the best player in the world when he won the Ballon d’Or in both 2004 and 2005.
And Barcelona took to their social media to celebrate a great landmark and one of Ronaldinho’s iconic goals in the Blaugrana shirt.
Of course, it didn’t take long for the fans to swarm the post and drool over the brilliant throwback video their club posted.
They were both in awe of the moment depicted in the footage and the player himself who still seems to be a fan-favourite, even after all those years.

England fans were delighted to learn that Jesse Lingard had pulled out of the England squad prior to their Euro 2020 qualifier against Bulgaria on Saturday.
Gareth Southgate’s men powered to a 4-0 win at Wembley, with Harry Kane scoring a hat-trick and Raheem Sterling also on the scoresheet.

Lingard was barely missed, though the England Twitter account announced before kick-off that he had returned to Manchester United because of an illness.
It means that he will also be absent for this week’s second qualifier, against Kosovo.
Lingard, of course, has struggled for United thus far this season, making four appearances but without registering a goal or an assist.
Indeed, he has not provided an assist in the Premier League since January, when United drew 2-2 with Burnley at Old Trafford. He last scored in the league in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first game in charge, in December; he netted twice in a 4-0 thumping of Cardiff City.
And fans were less than sympathetic when they read the news on Twitter.
Tottenham were in impressive form on Saturday as they saw off the challenge of Crystal Palace in emphatic fashion.
The Lilywhites were able to achieve a 4-0 victory as all four strikes came in the first half.
Son Heung-min netted twice whilst an own goal from Patrick van Aanholt and a strike from Erik Lamela settled proceedings.
However, another player to particularly impress was Serge Aurier. He claimed an assist during the game as well as making two interceptions and three tackles according to WhoScored.
It was a well-rounded performance from the Ivorian, who consequently earned praise from a host of Spurs fans on Twitter.
One asked if the club could erect a statue for the defender whilst another suggested the right-back was quality.
A further individual said the former PSG stepped up as another described his efforts as a killer performance.

Aurier was starting for the very first time in the league this season and will undoubtedly be in the running for more appearances over the coming weeks.
Kieran Trippier left for Atletico Madrid in the summer so there is a definite opening for him.
Brewster was one of many Premier League stars who attended the EA Sports launch event for the new game, and he’s continued his crusade to have his rating upgraded.

The striker was vocal a few weeks ago when his stats were released, but he still wants things to be changed.
He jokingly claims that he’s had some serious words with the publisher about his Ultimate Team card, so it will be interesting to see if he gets an upgrade by the time winter rolls around, when the ratings are re-evaluated.
In today’s Tottenham Hotspur roundup, we take a look at the news doing the rounds for the Lilywhites. A.C Milan are reportedly after Serge Aurier, Mauricio Pochettino is keeping an eye on centre-back Dael Fry, and the Argentine is unconvinced in offering Jan Vertonghen a new deal.
Milan want Aurier

Report: According to Sports Mediaset, Italian giants Milan are after the Spurs right-back as a replacement for Andrea Conti and Davide Calabria.
Verdict: Spurs cannot afford to sell Aurier after letting Kieran Trippier leave to Atletico Madrid. The Ivory Coast international has started Spurs’ last two Premier League games and has subsequently registered an impressive 7.20 performance rating and one assist (as per WhoScored). The 26-year-old was also desperately unlucky to have his sweet strike chalked off against Leicester City, as Son Heung-min was marginally offside.
Other than Aurier, Spurs have invested time in Kyle Walker-Peters, who has played three times for Spurs in the league this season, but with the loss of Trippier, it is essential the Lilywhites keep hold of Aurier and use him as the main right-back, considering Walker-Peters’ inexperience.
Poch unconvinced in new Vertonghen deal
Report: Football Insider reports that Pochettino is unconvinced Jan Vertonghen should get a new deal after his performances so far this season.
Verdict: The Belgian has been a massive player at Spurs for six years, but it seems this season that the Argentine is preparing for life without him, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season. Over the six years, Vertonghen has been included in the PFA Team of the Year in 2012-13 and in 2017-18 and also played in 289 games – the most of any outfield player in the Spurs squad.
Perhaps this year the 32-year-old is not at the standard he once was, completing just 1.3 tackles per game and conceding four goals in the three games he has played against Arsenal, Crystal Palace, and Leicester City. However, unless Pochettino has an alternative lined up, it wouldn’t be wise to sell him considering Davinson Sanchez would be the only senior alternative.
Spurs ready to battle for Fry
Report: As reported by TEAMtalk, Middlesbrough are fearing they could lose centre-back Dael Fry, with Manchester City, Everton, Wolves, and Spurs all interested in the 22-year-old.
Verdict: For Spurs, this would be a great signing considering Spurs’ options at the back, as alluded to in the Vertonghen report. This season, Fry has been handed the captains armband by Jonathan Woodgate, and although playing just three games so far, the defender has scored a performance rating of 7.16 and found himself a regular within the squad for a number of years.
As the reports suggest, Fry could cost Spurs just £20m, and with Boro not in a strong position to decline such an offer, it is maybe a deal worth investing in. Elsewhere, champions Man City may also bid highly for the defender considering the injuries to John Stones and Aymeric Laporte.
Sunderland fans are running out of words to describe former goalkeeper Lee Camp, after he made yet another blunder for Birmingham this week.
You’d be hard pushed to find a player hated more on Wearside than Camp. Oh wait, we’ve forgotten about Jack Rodwell and Papy Djilobodji, but Camp is definitely up there.
The 35 year-old shot-stopper, if you can even call him that, endured a horrific stay at the Stadium of Light, so much so that fans celebrated when he left, wishing Birmingham luck and anointing him the “worst goalkeeper I have ever seen pull on a Sunderland shirt”.
Unsurprisingly, his form hasn’t turned around at St. Andrew’s.
After an embarrassing attempt to keep out Chris Martin’s goal for Derby County at the weekend, he followed it up with something potentially even worse in a 1-0 defeat to Wigan on Tuesday evening.
Anthony Pilkington’s shot from 25 yards wasn’t particularly powerful, in the corner, or even a difficult height for Camp, but somehow it snuck through.

Liverpool fans are revelling in Emre Can’s latest comments, after the former Red revealed his disappointment with his current situation at Juventus.
It’s the cardinal sin in football – running down your contract to allow other teams to sign you for free, losing your current club a potentially hefty transfer fee and perhaps even increasing your wage packet in the progress.
Can swapped Merseyside for Turin in the summer of 2018, signing for the Serie A champions on a four-year deal.

He had made 167 appearances at Anfield, scoring 14 times, and got off to a good start at his new home too, playing 37 games last term, scoring four goals and winning a league title and domestic cup.
This season has been disappointing for the German though, as he has seen the pitch just three times in all competitions, amassing a mere 78 minutes on the pitch.
“I’m not happy right now. I don’t play much at the moment,” Can said.
“Last season I played a lot, especially in important games for Juventus. And I also played well there.
“I haven’t had a chance this season.”
He went on to say he believes he will play more after the international break, but that hasn’t stopped Reds from laughing at his current misfortune.

Loads of France fans have destroyed Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko on Twitter following his latest display in his country’s 1-1 draw with Turkey on Monday night.
The 30-year-old featured on the right wing for Les Bleus, but it’s fair to say that he failed to make much of an impression down the flank, as Didier Deschamps’ men were unable to pick up all three points on home turf.
According to stats-based site SofaScore, the former Newcastle United man won only two of the 10 duels he faced against Turkey, while all three of his shots were off target at the Stade de France.

Sissoko has generally been playing in more of a central role for the north London outfit so far this term, but has also filled in at right-back during their previous two Premier League encounters.
France supporters certainly weren’t impressed with what they saw from the £30m man on Monday however, with one describing him as a “big flop” and another as “a disaster”, while one individual even labelled him a “calamity”.
In short he has been slated, and that isn’t ideal ahead of his return to what is a low-on-confidence club side right now following successive heavy defeats against Bayern Munich and Brighton and Hove Albion.
Having played the full 90 minutes for the first time this season against AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League, Brandon Williams must have thoughts of establishing himself as a first-team regular under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The 19-year-old produced an assured display against the Dutch side, leading to the United boss to hail his performance as “top notch” and one of the better full debuts he had seen.
Now, Williams has appeared to take that form and confidence into international duty with England’s U20s side, and in a clip on social media, really showcased a facet of his game that hasn’t really been seen to date in a United shirt.
The full-back is captured going off on an incredibly skilful run, showing impressive dribbling and technique for someone who is supposed to be a defender.
After seeing the footage, United fans flooded to Twitter to voice their thoughts on the teenager’s act of brilliance.
Many supporters of the Manchester side hailed academy product, and insisted he is already far better than some of the club’s existing options at left-back like Luke Shaw and Ashley Young.
